A C+ grade laptop is technically in working order but clearly and heavily used in appearance. Scratches, wear marks and dents are easily noticeable on both the body and the screen. The device may no longer be suitable for a very representative work environment, but it is still a perfectly adequate tool for everyday use.

An ideal choice if you are looking for the most affordable laptop possible, where appearance is not important and functionality comes first.

• Screen: Works properly but has clearly visible signs of wear. There may be keyboard marks, scratches and wear that remain visible even when the screen is on. Up to 1–2 dead pixels and small lighter or darker spots (“dim spots”) are allowed. The screen is still suitable for everyday use.
• Body: With heavy signs of use. Scratches, chips, dents and wear are possible. Some corners may be slightly dented or a bit bent, but the device holds together properly and the lid opens and closes normally.
• Keyboard and touchpad: Fully functional but visibly worn. The keys and touchpad may have strong shine or wear marks. Some key labels may be partially faded, but all functions work correctly.
• Battery health: The battery has been tested and is suitable for everyday use.
• Battery cycles: Shown as a range (1–250, 251–500 or 501–750). The lower the number of cycles, the less the battery has been used and the better its potential lifespan.

• Battery checked: The battery holds charge, its health has been assessed, and the number of cycles is recorded (shown in the product information).
• Clean history: The serial number and device have been checked – the laptop is not linked to any previous user accounts or locks.
• Data protection ensured: All data has been securely erased and the laptop has been reset to a clean state. On MacBooks, a fresh copy of macOS is installed after wiping (except for certain older models); on PC laptops, the operating system may be missing unless stated otherwise in the product information.
• Hygiene ensured: Every laptop has been deep-cleaned and disinfected.
