Technocircle OÜ - Warranty Terms
- Warranty Period
- All used products purchased from Technocircle OÜ's (hereinafter referred to as the "Warranty Provider") online store come with a warranty as specified in the product description (hereinafter referred to as the "Warranty"), except for products with specific condition variations noted at the time of sale.
- The warranty is valid only if the original purchase document (invoice) is provided.
- The warranty period begins from the date the product is handed over to the buyer, unless a later start date for the warranty period is stipulated in the agreement. If the Warranty Provider is responsible for shipping the product to the buyer, the warranty period does not begin until the item has been handed over to the buyer.
- Scope of the Warranty
- If a defect occurs in the product during the warranty period and it cannot be repaired, the buyer has the right to request a replacement with a similar product. If replacement is not possible, the Warranty Provider will consider alternative solutions, including a refund of the purchase price.
- The warranty is valid within the territory of the Republic of Estonia.
- The natural wear of the battery is not covered by the warranty.
- If a product or spare part is replaced under warranty, the original warranty period or an additional three-month warranty applies, whichever is longer.
- Warranty Exceptions
- Product batteries have a 3-month warranty, as batteries are considered consumables and their performance naturally diminishes with use.
- Circumstances Excluding Warranty Obligations
- The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- the product has not been maintained according to the instructions of the manufacturer or Technocircle OÜ;
- the purchase document is not provided or has been altered without authorization;
- the product's serial number or other identification markings have been removed or are illegible;
- the product has been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons;
- the product has been damaged due to the owner's negligence, misuse, environmental factors (e.g., moisture, dust, lightning), or other improper usage;
- software issues arising from outdated software or unsupported software versions.
- The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Replacement Device in Case of Warranty Incident
- During the warranty period, the Warranty Provider offers the buyer a replacement product for the duration of the repair to ensure user convenience. The Warranty Provider has the right to replace the product at their discretion. The availability of replacement devices depends on the stock of Technocircle OÜ and the type of device.
- Buyer’s Obligations
- The buyer is obliged to use the device according to its intended purpose and maintenance requirements, to avoid damaging the device, and to use it safely. Physical damage, liquid damage, or other external factors that impair the device do not fall under warranty and are not considered warranty incidents.
- Legal Rights
- In addition to the warranty provided by Technocircle OÜ, consumers have the right to use legal remedies against the seller in the event of product non-compliance according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and the warranty does not affect this right.
