The devices are not new. Each product page shows the device’s cosmetic condition, technical specifications and other important product information.
Before a device is listed for sale, its technical functionality is checked. Only devices that are ready to use and meet our sales standards are offered for sale.
The cosmetic condition of each device is shown on the product page as a condition grade. The condition grade describes only the visual condition of the device, such as possible signs of use, scratches or wear. Technical functionality and battery condition are checked separately.
The screens of all devices listed for sale are checked, intact and suitable for normal use. The screen has no cracks or damage that would prevent normal use. Depending on the condition grade, the screen may have micro-marks or scratches, but no scratch or sign of use may interfere with normal use of the device.
Signs of use are cosmetic and do not affect normal use of the device. The exact appearance may vary slightly between devices within the same condition grade.
The battery capacity of smartphones and tablets is at least 80%. If a battery does not meet our sales standard, the device is not sold in that condition or the battery is replaced before sale.

Because the battery is a consumable component in a used device, actual battery life depends on the device model, age, usage habits and settings.

Smartphones: the device always comes with a compatible charging cable and a SIM eject tool. A wall adapter is not included.
Tablets: the device always comes with a compatible charging cable. If the tablet supports LTE, a SIM eject tool is also included. A wall adapter is not included.

Yes. All devices purchased from Technocircle come with a 12-month sales warranty.
The warranty covers technical faults and functional defects that are not caused by customer actions, incorrect use, drops, liquid damage, normal wear and tear or other exclusions listed in the warranty terms.
The battery is a consumable component in a used device and is covered by a separate 3-month sales warranty.
In the event of a warranty case, we will inspect the device and, where justified, repair it, replace it with an equivalent device or find another solution in accordance with the warranty terms.

Yes. When purchasing from our online store, you have the right to return the device within 14 days if it does not suit you.
The returned device must be in the same condition as when received, and all accessories included with the device must also be returned, such as the charging cable, SIM eject tool or any other included accessory.
Before returning the device, please remove all personal data, user accounts, passwords, SIM cards, memory cards and activation locks where possible.

Orders are usually shipped on business days within 24 hours after payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.
For same-day dispatch, orders are locked on business days at 12:00. If the order is placed after 12:00, it will usually move to the next business day’s dispatch.
The warehouse does not operate on weekends or public holidays, so orders placed during these days will move to dispatch on the next business day.
In Estonia, orders usually arrive within 1–3 business days. Delivery times to Latvia and Lithuania are generally similar. For Finland and Sweden, delivery may take 1–2 business days longer, depending on the transport partner.

We describe the cosmetic condition of devices cautiously so that customer expectations are realistic. The exact appearance may vary slightly between devices within the same condition grade.
